France, Austria Join Growing Coalition for Special Tribunal on Russia’s War Crimes
France and Austria have officially confirmed their intention to join the Enlarged Partial Agreement regarding the Special Tribunal’s Management Committee to address Russia's war crimes in Ukraine.Ukra
